Vipnet is the first private GSM operator in Croatia. In September 1998 Vipnet was granted concession of the second GSM network in Croatia and its network started operating in July 1999. Vipnet's owner is mobilkom austria AG.

Solution
- Processes were defined by ARIS Platform software, with several levels of detail, and they were published on the company's website by ARIS Web Publisher
- Testing of the controls has to be done regularly and very well documented. For this purpose, ARIS Audit Manager was implemented
- The transfer of data from ARIS Toolset to ARIS Audit Manager is done by scripts started in ARIS Toolset, and finalized in ARIS Audit Manager.
