Directors' Dealings according to § 15a of the Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz or WpHG)
According to § 15a of the Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz or WpHG), members of the executive and supervisory boards of publicly traded companies must immediately report any business involving their own company securities conducted by them or their family members; the company, in turn, must publish the information for a period of 30 days.
